Nashville Tea Co
I could not wait to visit this modern tea room! I had heard good things from local friends about this new spot and how it is a must try. It is located just south of Nashville in the quaint Columbia, Tennessee. Columbia has such a special place in my heart after attending a historical camp there as a teenager.
My mother and I went to visit the Factory in Columbia. It is a former factory made over into various shops, chiropractor office, antique store, yoga studio, bakery, tea room, hand made shoes and sandals, art studio, you name it - it's probably in there!
This particular day was the Holiday Open House for the entire Factory so you could visit with Santa (free pictures too)! They had various vendors set up throughout the Factory you could buy from for your holiday needs and offered free wrapping too.
I was able to meet the owner, Diane Sheets, and we chatted at their tea bar about the city and mutual friends. I was in awe of the beauty of this modern tea room. I got a London Fog to go and bought some of the Earl Grey a la creme to go. Out of this world y'all. You could also purchase cookies, macaroons, and other sweets. I also tried a sweetened, hot peach tea too. Ooooo, best peach tea I have had in a long time.
Beautiful furniture and tables along with some lovely books and teawares to purchase. Including our favorite magazine, Tea Time.
It is a wonderful place to have breakfast waffles with tea flavorings! No reservations required at this time. Business is growing so be on the look out for fun upcoming events!
